prologue

" Mr.shergill ? " the doctor approached a young man standing in a corner covered in blood all over his t-shirt and hands .

" Doctor how is she ? " the man enquired barely aware of his surrounding while intently staring that his blood filled hand

" She is barely living the next 24- hours are going to be extremely crucial for her. We are trying our best" the doctor informed him to which he looked at him with a blank expression .

"Can I please see her ?" the guy asked eager to meet her.

"Of course you can but be careful enough she doesn't need to go through any more stress than she already has " the doctor gave him permission

He slowly started to walk towards the I.C.C.U to meet her, the more steps he took towards her his feet turned more heavy. he failed to fulfill his duty his promise to take care of her to protect her ,he couldn't live up to it.

It broke his heart to see her in this condition, she was his little princess his only family. He approached her with caution afraid to cause her any more distress. He took her hand in his and gently pressed a soft kiss on her forehead before massaging the wrinkles out of her forehead with his fingers .

"Sharon? Baby doll don't you dare leave me alone. I promise you all those people who have wronged you will pay for their deeds. I will make their life living hell. Just come back to me come back to your Big B." by now he was sobbing badly remembering all the moments he had spent with her from her birth to the party earlier in the day.

He felt a movement near him , he looked up to see Sharon opening up her eyes a little. "Samrat Bro" she merely whispered with a light smile before slipping back into unconscious with her heart beat decreasing each moment.

Samrat was in a panic mode he shouted for the doctor to come and see to his sister. the doctors arrived and removed him from the I.C.C.U to attend to Sharon. After a long painful wait the doctor arrived, his face was solemn " I am sorry Mr.shergill we couldn't do anything to for her" .

Samrat went numb and fell on his knee he couldn't believed what the doctor just told him he had just lost the very last person he expected to lose.

" I am not going to leave them they are going to pay for this." he vowed to himself as he broke down into hysterically sobs .

" Sharon Shergill , one of the heir to the Shergill enterprises is dead " made headlines the next day.

Everyone everywhere could only talk about how unfortunate death this was how young she was . But there were two people who were celebrating her death. They were happy with the turns of the event they raised a toast to the demise of Sharon Shergill.
