She reached the Office and went to the reception.
"Excuse me, New Intern.."
She was trying hard to catch some breath.
"Yes ma'am, plz wait!" The receptionist requested with a smile.
Sharon sat down at the waiting area and anxiously began to fiddle with the folds of her cotton dress.
She kept looking at the people walking left and right and she enjoyed the sight before her.
London was so much different from Mumbai, the commotion, and the hustle. Everyone seems to have a purpose and here she could see all her life goals coming true.
Tired of waiting Sharon got up and walked up to the coffee machine and poured herself a cup. She turned around to settle in her seat again but instead she bumped into someone.
"I am Sorry... I m really very sorry, I was.."
Then she looked up and saw a confused Swayam.
"You!" both said simultaneously.
"What are you doing here?"
"Ah.. I m here for internship, but you? Do you work here?"
"Actually, Miss...?
"Sharon Rai Prakash!" she said putting her forward hand for a shake.
Swayam shook her hand and started walking towards his cabin.
After a while, Sharon was called. She entered and saw Swayam busy with his laptop.
"So are we going to work together?" she asked in excitement.
He was still engrossed in his work and didn't pay much heed to what Sharon said, then the sound of the door made him look up.Swayam just smiled when he fathomed that Ruhi had entered.
"Thank god Sharon you are on time. But why didn't you wait for us?" Ruhi asked.
"you were coming here only?"
"Come on, as if you don't know, its our office. And he's your boss, Swayam Shekhawat!" She said pointing towards swayam.
"Swayam Shekhawat, My Boss!" Sharon went into shock and disbelief when she looked at a Swayam with an evil smile. A smile portraying emotions of victory. She then remembered their first meeting.
FLASHBACK LAST NIGHT
He walked over the bedroom to find a body sleeping. Swayam walked over to the bathroom. He came out and got got a hit on his head. Someone was hitting him badly. He somehow managed to turn on the light.
"Chor Chor!" he heard.
"Chor? Where?" he asked.
"You bloody thief!" she said rising the racket.
"What the hell.."
"Chor, Chor, Chor!", she shouted again.
He overpowered her and pinned her to the wall.
"Shut your mouth." He spoke aloud.
But she managed to escape and continued to shout.
"I said shut up!"
He stood putting his index finger on her lips.
"Now listen to me Miss Phoolan Devi! I m not a thief and it's my house ok? He said in a raised voice. But 1 sec, who the hell are you?"
"You?" both heard a familiar tone and turned to only learn ruhi entering the room.
"You arrived? I m sorry, I wasn't able to pick you." Ruhi spoke in a low voice.
"It's ok ruhi, I got the address."
"No it's not Ok!" Swayam interrupted.
"Ruhi, Kaisi dost hai tumhari, she has unacceptable mannerisms!"
"Excuse me, Mr. Khadoos??" Sharon said keeping her hand on her waist, "How dare you tell me that!"
"Whatever!, you deserve it!" Swayam retorted.
"I think you both didn't have a nice first meet." Ruhi said holding Sharon's hand.
Before Swayam could say something, ruhi thought it best to take sharon out of the room.
"Baby, Please excuse us!" she dragged her and went out of the room.
"Baby...!!!" Sharon teased her nudging ruhi.
"Shut up Sharon..." Ruhi exclaimed.
"I didn't know you were married.."
"I am not married...!"
"Then you both in one house?"
"We are having a live-in... And please don't do anything crazy,he is really grumpy"
