Phone rings.The call gets picked up at Swayam's house.
"Guess what, I am pregnant"
Swayam smiles.He is so happy to hear this news.He blushes with both his cheeks turning almost red.He knew..she loved babies.She always did no matter how weird, quirky and cute they are but more than that she loved kids. And he knew she wouldn't wait to see her own baby growing up into a little less weird but still cute, quirky child.She always wanted this.Today must be her dream day.She must be on the top of the mountain.
He still couldn't believe what he had just heard.Slowly realising that this is real and not any imagination,he turned numb.Standing there facing the wall.He felt his eyes teary when..
"Hey Swayam what's up,did you hear Sharon's news!" asks his wife
*smiles* "Yes I did.Wish them from my side too please!"
Yes he loved her,but she wasn't his.Destiny as they say doesn't give you everything you want.Right from the start he had lived a perfect life, he still was and was sure he would be ahead.He was happy with many choices he made.They had brought him to such a point of life for him where he had everything damn thing he ever wished for but HER.
"Hey Sharon,hello ? Anybody there ? "
Sharon had heard him say as the phone had always been on speaker.And those words made her loose her presence of mind..in his voice.
"Yes Simmi,I am here! " she came back to senses hearing Simmi's voice.
"Swayam just wished you both too! "
"Oh..Thank him from my..umm our side too! BYE "
Hearing this Swayam closed his eyes and a drop of tear crawled down his face.
While Sharon cut the call and the only words that came out her were "I hope you still love me."
Sacrifice is what makes you stronger, better person.They both loved each other from ages but so did their other half's and so they had decided to move with their own lives..and test the destiny.
They weren't weak.They were ready to take it all.
