Maybe thats why I never commented because I hate such endings because they are just so heart breaking. And because of you I had to re-read it :'(

I love this :'( :'( Sharon's POV is just so brilliantly presented. Some relations are just not meant to be together even when they are so truthful. And yoi just showed that. Swayam cannot live without writing. His life depends on that. . .And Sharon gave him all the inspiration he needed by leaving him.

The last scene is very well put up where they see the real emotion in each other's eyes and Swayam leaves wearing shades and Sharon reads tge name 'Eclipsed'.

Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful.

You write simply and purely. There is never an uncouth word, no abrasive characters, it's always gentle and a reflection of the writer you are. In time, you'll be tainted as we all have been, but until then, it'd be wise for you to not stop writing.

The prose is all of that, simple and a testament of how most writers are weird. Swayum needed Sharon to break his heart, a divorce to find it in him to write again. The complexity of a writer's life and the quasi-doom that their loved ones have to undergo is to say the least, a very well thought of concept. It may really have sounded better in your head. There, I will agree with you.
