Ginni’s locket

Hi, I am new here to this forum and this serial. I have been curious about what is the significance of the locket Ginni wears. I think it’s something related to Sikhism. Can someone enlighten me? I tried googling but wasn’t able to get any answer.

It's the 'Ek Onkar' symbol and yes it's related to Sikhism.
