15 Park Avenue is very good. And agree on your other points as well. I don't know if you are going to be able to find Page 3 online. But here are some important scenes worth watching. My favorite parts in this movie are the girl companionship/ friendship. That is so rare to see in films. Even in Hollywood. That is why Sex and the City did so well as it was an undertapped market. Konkona and Sandhya became best friends doing this film, and it is easy to tell. And I think Koko went to Tara Sharma's wedding as they are still good friends. And also the aspects of going into journalism. Great scenes with Konkona with Atul Kulkarni and Boman Irani.
Just read you have exams, well wait for that to happen. I have a little extra time as it snowed 15 inches where I lived.

Second scene that I love is the scene where Sandhya Mridul's character leaves after getting married. It is so heartbreaking, and something I know I will experience after my dormate is getting married in the spring. Oh but fast forward to the 3:04 mark. There is a random Chokher Bali scene with Raima Sen in the first part.

btw funny ending to the president is coming movie. The other people wanted to win the handshake to president Bush because of fame and admiring the president but Koko wanted to kill the president because she hated him and she was the winner. So they had to put another person to handshake with the president because they don't want koko the killer to get closer to him...LOL very funny and weird movie

I don't think I would go that far. Seriously, the Patriot Act, they are watching me. But yeah if I met him I would pretty much berate him and tell him if he has any guilt over putting innocent lives in danger. Because of his lack of care for people who did not vote for him, he let over 1800 people die on his own soil, his own citizens. And sent the poor, who go to the army, to die for nonsensical warfare in Iraq. Though he was a draft dodger and would never send his rich daughters to war. Chicken hawk, please. I watch this movie a long time ago so I remember there was a dramatic scene where koko sees a guy she really likes with another guy. So he was gay. I felt bad for her because she never had a guy but when she found a guy, he turns out gay

Well, that happened in both Page 3 and Metro. But I think in Metro, they make it clear that was her first real boyfriend. I thought that was convenient for Basu to tip a nod to that scene in Page 3. From what I have read that Konkona is exactly who he had in mind when he was writing the script. And that she was one of the last people to say yes because she wanted to see a bound script, but he was able to convince her. And I think she has said that Shabana Azmi told her that Gangster was a good movie so she should go for it. (I'd say performances were better but...) One of the funniest things he said in an interview was that he was so glad that Konkona said yes because he doesn't know of another actress in Bollywood, who would be willing to do a role like that. On that score, I agree because Konkona was pitch perfect there, she wasn't afraid to scrunch up her face or scream. Stuff that someone, who is more glamorous would be afraid to do for the sake of a camera angle.

@Kully: Yay, I am not alone in my intense dislike. Miss Aaliya so much around here, don't know where she went, or Allu as I called her. We used to go on random political tangents in the Bollywood forum.

Exactly, nimmi. I remember watching that scene of metro. An actress would never do that scene of screaming the way koko did in the movie. She didn't care if she looked ugly in that scene. I felt the pain she felt in that scene, she needed to let go of her anger by screaming. What a great actress
