I thought it was Goenka house.

Cause Birla house was Singhania house renovated and then it was used in BKAS, while Goenka set was most likely getting renovated (when Goenka’ into that new house)

Birla house set is now used as Goenka Villa for S4 since the original set doesn’t exist (as it has now become Poddar house)
