Sayli has this tendency to make her voice too sweet for comfort - that's what she has done here too.
But overall the composition by HR seems to be better than many recent ones.

Will listen to this song later, but she has been managing her career very well.
Shikhar Santosh is nominated for best music director in one of Nepalese awards function for Timro Hamro Bhet which is sung by Pawandeep. I have always felt this to be Pawandeep's best.
Iss Dil Ko. Music By Jeet Ganguly, sung by Arunita and Pawandeep.
I will post my review later so as to avoid creating any kind bias for anybody who is yet to listen / watch.
Tagging a few who have been interested in these artists.

Agreed.
Arunita's start was mind blowing. Superb.
Very catchy tune. Hope it becomes a major hit.

My review (Yes, I am vain enough to believe it matters at all to anyone 😂 )
I have mixed feelings about this one, and I will explain why.
First, what I love about the song and about the video. If you didn't know this is a new song, you would be forgiven to think that this was some superhit song in the late 1980s / early 1990s sung by Anuradha Paudwal and Abhijeet. The composition, the arrangement, the lyrics, the style of singing, everything is just so bang on! As always, Arunita reminds us of just how gifted and blessed she truly is! From her very first syllable, she just transports you into a magical world from which you just don't want to leave. And again, as always, the combination of her voice with Pawandeep adds to that magic. He has sung it with equal feel and emotion and it is difficult call this as one singers song versus another's.
About the video - Probably these two are just lip syncing for the video because these days it is not common to have two artists in the same sound booth at the same time. On the surface, it is an ordinary video of a studio recording, editing sessions, etc. But look closer, and if you are a fan of the pair, you will spot the small moments of magic that only they create. Small visual cues that retain the same magic two and a half years after their first duet on stage, Pehla Nasha.
Where my complaints lie. First - At 02:44, this is just too short. It ends before you have even begun to savour it. Second - Jeet Ganguly knows both of them since many years - and he knows Arunita since her childhood, having been a guest judge during the Zee Bangla SRGMP Li'l Champs days. My grouse is that he did not create a longer and more complex composition for them. I imagine the possibilities and lament the missed opportunity!
