I know the lady in the blue saree but neither of us (me and and wife) can remember her. We have seen her at parties.

My feeling is that this is not a movie song but more likely a Durga Puja song or jingle.

It is more than likely a Hindi song.

The composer and music producer is Jitul Boro. and it was recorded at the Fusion Pro Studio.
