I ran into the same issue last time — my book was around 3,370 pages. I asked Lizzie, and she told me to split it up. I tried changing it but couldn’t figure it out. I’ll let you know if I get it to work. For now, could you split it up if possible? Just drop a note in the comments that the count is split.

data > data validation has options to change it but idk if that will mess up the whole sheet! better to experiment with a new/blank one than this onesmiley36

fine, I'll split!

If you remember bring this up to Lizzie before August sheet is made!

I haven't removed the rule, just changed it to 4500 for our sheet alone, for now. If you want it to be more, do let me know!

@b: Yes, will make a note of this and bring it up during August sign-ups.

You can add the Amazon page count (Kindle) for the challenge, since that’s what we’re all following. Lizzie had requested this so that it’s consistent for everyone. If there’s a large discrepancy between the EPUB file you have and the Amazon count, let us know — we can decide what to do.

Well, the kindle version says 367 pages meanwhile the epub states 284 pages.

Can I log my on-going reads and update my page count as I read or do I have to only log when I am done with the book?

If the Amazon page count says 367, please go ahead with that.

@b: If it's a lengthy or ongoing fanfiction, you can update based on what you've read so far or what has been posted. For novels, please log your entry only once you've finished the book. If you're DNFing it, log the number of pages you've read—either using the Kindle percentage or, for physical copies, the actual page count. I hope that's clear! smiley10

If I was reading a book this month before I signed up and then picked it up again after signing up, will that count, or do I need to only include what I've read after signing up?

If you have started the book this month, I guess you can include the book. Will check with Lizzie once and let you know.

Worst case scenario, you'll be asked to include the pages you have read after you signed up, but the book will be counted.
