NO!...a big NO! Nothing against what someone thinks privately but making such a judgement on a media-platform... again NO!
What an idiot! These are the disgusting dumb idiots because of whom the mental health scene in India is so backwards.🤢
sadly, its always a woman who makes it difficult for other women...
I am appalled that Tanmay Bhatt found it funny. I wonder if it was funny when he was going through it himself?
So he is allowed to be depressed, others are not. Great!
You cannot decide if a public figure has depression or not based on the 2 mins you see them onscreen. A lot of people who 'look' like they have it all maybe struggling. People behave like they know everything happening inside a celeb's house.
I may dislike Deepika and Alia, but I will never make fun of anyone talking about their panic attacks or depression. Thodi toh empathy rakho.
They keep encouraging such "jokes" by clapping, hooting. Disgusting.

Notice the ones clapping were all men while the woman finding validation in it. These women are the reason we desi women can never break the shackles of misogyny and patriarchy.

True. Patriarchy will never go away. I have seen women embracing every wrongdoing of men because men are "the head of the household". One woke woman alone can not break the chain.
That's the pathetic mentality in the name of a joke. Is she hoping for PPD in a new mother? If one suffered, a decent human would not want that for others; this misery and love company mentality is another low.
She also mocked people seeking justice for the rape victim (Candlelight march in Kolkata).
A few years ago, this forum, some social media/discussion platforms (mostly from these BW celeb detractors or some political supporters) mocked depression, "Deepika depression ka dandha karthi hai" or "Bollywood depression ka dandha kartha hai" and what not. They even gave some stereotypical reason for depression.
People need to realise that depression can happen to anyone, it could be due to multitude of reasons. You never know even the most successful celeb today might be suffering from depression.
Some of these comedians/ content creators are some of the worst kind out there. It all hunky dory when it comes to celebs out there but they are the first ones to cry/do gyan ki bakchodi when they are subjected to similar trolling.
