Why would any radiologist or Doctor break rules for a celebrity? If caught, Govt can ban / revoke their medical license.

Also, celebrities visit abroad during various stages of their pregnancy like 1st trimester or 2nd trimester. So, it is possible that they got to know the gender there.

Yes cut the crap of third party posting gender announcements for others. In India it is illegal. Period. Show me real proof where couple have announced it themselves? Have they posted about it?

Celebrities go abroad where it is allowed so if they did it there they know better but they definitely won't announced it in India as it is illegal.

Where is gift sending proof? Or is this also announcing by third party.

Yes. It is illegal in India..

But, I’ve heard stories of many couples in north India are obsessed with having a son.. so they go to Thailand, Dubai or somewhere else so that they can find the gender of their 2nd child or 3rd child.. ( they already have 1 girl or 2 girls ) or do IVF / IUF or whatever to get a Boy child..

General public ie couples doesn’t get to know in India.. they don’t reveal it to the couples.. Also, Pregnant Women in India won’t keep quiet or mouth shut if they got to know about the child’s gender illegally.. if the word goes out that X is having a Boy as the radiologist has revealed.. it will be out in Social media.. he / she will loose their medical license.. the scan centre will be under scrutiny or will be shut down..

Yes in India it is illegal but one gotta be delusional to assume these celebrities cannot use their status to know gender in India. Aj kal ki duniya mai Waise bhi Kon rules follow krta hai? & specially when it comes to people who has influence & power.

Deepveer were in UK for a bit while she was pregnant IIRC, they may have found the gender there.

gender revelation is quite a thing..they have big parties where parents find out the gender which the doctor tells to one of their well wishers on their request..there are balloons..gifts..it is such a cute celebration

This being illegal comes as a rude shock but then I know why it is illegal (to prevent female foeticide) which imo is not effective..those who want to disown their daughters are heartless enough to do so after they are born even..so mentality needs to be addressed primarily..so many monsters treat their daughters like dirt coz they never wanted one..but is that alright? can making gender revelation illegal fix this? can it give them a life of dignity they don't get just coz parents never wanted a girl? can it save those baby girls who are buried alive by monster parents in villages coz they didn't want a girl?

Also those who find out the gender..they might have done so from abroad..and if they have and if they know..why are we shaming them for it?
