Nithya was good in Thiruchitrambalam, but it’s not NA worthy. I wish Sai Pallavi ko Award mil jati for Gargi.

I don't know why anyone thinks these awards are anymore legitimate than Filmfare. Three awards for Dharma-destroying disaster Brahmastra is a joke.

Also, are they behind? Its 2024 now? Bramastra released in 2022. I find their timelines confusing.

They've been behind for a few years now although I don't know why (COVID maybe). If you remember, Mimi and Gangubai both got awards only after they had been out for a few years. So in response to your earlier post about Alia being snubbed for Rocky aur Rani, in fact the National Film Awards haven't reached that era yet. So within the next year or two, there's still the danger of that happening. We are not in the clear yet!
