I don't think that's the only reason, because I am pretty sure Preity butchered her face as well previously.. with botox. Only recently she has started looking decent again.

Giving birth naturally ages people ? Never knew !! It’s always encouraged in NA.

Preity has maintained her diet throughout her career. She knows when to walk away from something and always find happiness. Her husband is wonderful and caring. Stress and toxic environment ages you. Too much drama with Bachchan family. Don’t know much about Aditya chopra but I guess Rani enjoys her food. Good people, environment and healthy lifestyle is the key.

Pregnancy in general takes a toll on a woman’s body, nothing is ever the same after the woman has given birth: hair loss, weight gain, hormonal changes etc

In fact women who give birth via c section have it worse when it comes to healing
