Personally, I can align more with this opinion than hailing TZP as an 'ultimate Aamir movie" ...(he just - imo - approptiated someone else's vision and gave it the touch to be his own one...he did it with Dangal and other movies...so could be for this one, too...but I don't have issues with using good content for own movies (just not make it the own one ).
