MY coping mechanism for all this is that Varun being a guy and Alia being girl and well boys have longer shelf lifes in Bollywood. So eventually a day will come where he has ajob and she dont

You are talking about Alia here.... jab tak rahega samose main aloo ...you get the drift

Plus nowadays it doesn't matter. With OTT and all ..many options for girls too.

Their pairing is really bad.

He’s a better actor and dancer than her. Also more humble and likable. She’s stuck with her nostrils and aging very badly too

I wish they’d cast Mrunal with Varun. That pairing would be nice

Did either Alia or Varun given a clean hit since? Recover budget by theatrical release. On OTT Bawaal,Sadak 2 and Darlings were huge flops.

I think Bhediyaa was really good, I loved the movie. It’s difficult to pull out a horror comedy, Varun was good. I think he’s on the right track.

Did he really say that last part to RK and others too? That’s funny but he also must have been really pissed to bring that up. I’m surprised it didn’t go viral. Back in 2015-2016 after a performance on stage he said hi to Sid but not Alia and it became an issue. He had to say something afterwards like he only noticed Sid. I don’t remember if these are his words or fan speculations but there was also an added because he’s tall

Varun is going through a low phase. Of course Alia won’t work with him. Also Shashank is no Bhansali so I’m sure that was a factor there too. It’s not that much of a reach to conclude that she feels she’s above the Dulhania series.

Don't know why she thinks she is above him. Dulhania series is them so she should definitely do it. As it is she has limited actors she feels she can work with.
