How did Aamir Khan failed back to back giving biggest Disaster?

He is perfectionist. Aamir fans swear as he is god's own avatar, bigger than hollywood avatar. He is principal of discipline, 100% results, what not.

How come he gave THUGS & LAAL kind of Flop/Disaster films back to back?

Was he overconfident from past success or was he casual with those choices?

Can he make strong comeback? Your thoughts?

I think in honesty his next film can do well. Can it be some 500 crore hit IDK as its not an action film. Lets see if Dunki can make as much as the action films and then Ill have better hopes for Aamirs movie
