From 2013:

Madras Cafe*

Rocky Handsome*

Force 2*

Dishoom

Parmanu*

Batla House*

* Where he also doubles up as a producer. He also produced Vicky Donor (2012).

John Abraham has good script sense. So, I look forward to all his productions.

At the same time, I try and ignore his 'mass' stuff for other productions, where John tries to score big blockbusters or simply does movies for the paycheck. Even in this space, they have a whacky (or compelling) core. Only they are made louder.

Parmanu. Clean family movie, despite acting limitations John & Diana did a decent job. Well made film. Got more than my ticket's worth.

Loved Dishoom. Didn't expect to like it. It was silly but enjoyable.
