Govinda, all the way. He has natural rhythm in his body and gives great expressions. ⭐️

Hrithik is more of technical dancer and performs Western dance styles very well. He won't be able to do street dance or Desi dance well like Govinda.

I can't believe people are voting for Govinda πŸ˜† Govinda more innovative than Hrithik? sure. Even Salman changes choreography and inserts his own moves so in that sense even he is more innovative but versatile... nope!

1. None of this makes Govinda more versatile

2. There's not a move Govinda makes that Hrithik hasn't or couldn't. The reverse is not true.

3. Hrithik is also self taught

To quote the late great Saroj Khan

β€œHrithik is such a perfect dancer that even the choreographers take time to think about what to give him. But sometimes you wish he makes a mistake. He is too perfect a dancer and when you watch him dance, you'll only watch with mouth open. I am praising him and I am giving him a little on the wrong side also. Because I don't find any fault in him. He's like a born dancer. He doesn't need anybody. He can do it himself."

She called him a God, a God in dance but dinged him on creating awe but not making others want to get up and dance with him like AB or Govinda - because people believe they can do the same level of dancing. (Though that discounts all the people that have tried his hook steps like Ek Pal Ka Jeena or more recently Ghungroo.)

"He's too perfect. Every movement of his body can be seen. A dancer has to show his body, how it moves and all his moves are very smooth. There's never straining. You never feel he's trying to do it, or he's trying to be a dancer. It's inborn. It's in him". - Saroj Khan

Odd in an industry where almost every one dances, where only some are good but very few are actually great is being "too perfect" looked on as a possible negative. Nobody ever complained Baryshnikov, Fred Astaire, Gene Kelly or Michael Jackson were too technical or too perfect.

Though again this has nothing to do with versatility - which Hrithik has more than Govinda.
