Is Vicky Kaushal underrated?

He is one of the actors who has delivered mind blowing performances back to back and yet received very little appreciation.

His performance in Raman Raghav remains one of the best of last decade's among all male performers.

Also, his layered act in 'Manmarziyan' was immensely powerful.

He was one of the best parts about Lust Stories.

And finally, his superb performance in Uri which became a blockbuster.

Do you think despite his versatile skills he is quite underrated and not that popular?

He was nice in lust stories... I didn't expect his character to go against his mom and try to patch up with his wife in the end.. Probably he wasn't an insensitive guy by nature, it was just that he wasn't exposed to the other perspective by the people around him... His mom's dialogues about mehnat would have been funny if it weren't for the fact that a lot of elders feel that girls get married just to have kids.. Be all end all🤢

Underrated toh nahi hai.

I think he's rated exactly as per his skills.

Vicky is good but I wouldn't say he's underrated... he does get a lot of appreciation from all sections- public (because he seems down to earth, relatable and is a good actor). critics (chooses good films and does justice to the roles) and media (because he is also part of the kjo gang)

So I'd say he's appropriately rated by most tbh.
