I know right. So sad after Aish and Sonali we have to kam challao with the Aloo Bangans and Ananya Pandey of the world.

I, for one, do feel Sonali Bendre is beautiful
She is/was pretty ,charming and confident in a laid back way. Aishwarya Rai is prettier technically but shes very uncomfortable and defensive all the time. She cant get a sentence out without a world salad so when people call Rai articulate I disagree. Shes stuck in pagaent mode. Sonali is quite comfortable in her own skin and that makes her more attractive. I found her fake ish on that show where she was a judge. The one on Sony. But getting back to beauty yes shes pretty. Her voice is nice too.
Sonali is gorgeous / extremely pretty and to me more prettier than Aishwarya any day !!!
Both are absolutely beautiful.. Aish having the more symmetrical features and lighter eyes maybe called more conventionally beautiful..
But now when I remember the big hullabaloo around Aish since before 94, and even after she entered bollywood.. And the kind of a lacklustre career Sonali had.. It all seems kinda unfair.. Sonali was an absolute favourite among teenagers that time.. Aakhon mein basein ho tum, ho nahin sakta, the songs from major saab, ae nazneen suno na - she was it for teen boys..
Aish's beauty has somehow always been 'look, but don't touch' types.. She may be the prettier one, but when I am trying to remember them both, for some reason I am remembering Sonali with the fondness.
