Shatru had come for the launch of another celeb's biography. Strict instructions had been given to the hotel to NOT serve him liquor because he ran up a huge bill the last time he appeared at an event for the publishing house and when he was sent the bill, his team refused to pay for it.
Also, he was supposed to speak for 10 mins about the book that was being launched, instead he spoke for 30 mins about his own book.
