1We know Karan loves Kareena and he even gave a break to Saif's daughter, Sara, but why haven't we seen Saif in Dharma movies except for Kal Ho Na Ho that came two decades ago?
Has Karan ever offered Saif a role? Do they not like each other?

Saif was part of Kurbaan which was a Dharma film, remember?
I think after that not so much and Saif has recently gone back to YRF with Bunty or Babli 2. Also for a while he was going more off beat films and trying to branch out into different things.

Still expected more. I have heard reports of SRK being unhappy with Saif during KHNH for some reasons?
Kurbaan was a big film for Dharma. It had great posters, songs and solid marketing. It was actually a good film, but tanked at the boxoffice. Not even the buzz surrounding Kareena+Saif helped it. KJO probably felt it wasn't worth making more films with him.
