Kangana is a public figure so of course all this made it to the news back then. It might not be an official complaint but she did have to visit the police about Aditya. It's common knowledge that he physically assaulted her at least. There was even an eye witness account on YT. Anyways, here are some links:

1. She was not raped. She pursued Aditya and dated him publicly and openly for 4 years. This is blatant misuse of Rape Laws

2. If we assume, she is a Minor. Still, her real age shows she was a major. Even if as per complaint, she was 17 years, it still is not rape as 10 years back, anyone above 16 years was the legal age. She was an adult as per Law in either case.

3. She had claimed in Aap ki Adalat that she was kept under house arrest and had filed FIR. Thats when Pancholi left.

Aditya Pancholi lawyer filed defamation that none of it was true and there was no FIR till date. Aditya and Zarina have filed 4 cases of defamation against Kangana and Rangoli. They were summoned by court two days back.

4. You are showing media reports. As per media reports, she had invited him Aditya Pancholi for Adhyayan's premiere - even after the four years "rape" and "assault".

5. She had taken Aditya's help not just to enter industry but also to buy a house, catch the acid attack culprit and also for her sister's surgery. Who does all this from a "rapist"? There r pictures of her partying with the guy all over the town. This is a slap on real Rape victims.

All of the above - along with such a long gap - will straight away dismiss her case. Even cops told it is not possible to prove anything after such a long time. Same happened with Jeetendra rape case which was dismissed and here there is lot of proof of a consensual affair.

6. Her lawyer sting threatening him of the fake case if he does not withdraw defamation case.

In short, all this is a sign of last ditch attempt to stop facing the court. We will see how long she can escape the gallows.

Well, it's good that it is an actual legal trial and not a media one in this case. Pancholi too can fight for his rights. It's not true that she filed an FIR but she made an informal complaint and her age is quite iffy too, on those grounds it would be defamation. Whatever else happened behind closed doors, none of us know. Who's to say all the other stuff is false? Even married women can be raped or physically assaulted during the course of a relationship. Back then as well around 10 years ago, he was claiming there was a false case as well. The court can decide. Most of what she's said in public doesn't seem too far fetched, even though he claims it's defamatory but if all the other things are true, that would make her public claims just the tip of the iceberg. It might be hard to prove but at the very least, he admitted to hitting her himself. She has a list of things in the current FIR and rape is only one of them. I don't know who's bluffing. Also, the actual term used is exploitation I think in Rangoli's complaint filed on Kangana's behalf. I don't think it was her agenda to go after him because she had taken his help and it's hard to say if he has a solid case against her too. I didn't understand much from the lawyer's sting video but the lawyer mentioned that it was a relationship under duress and force, (Kangana has spoken about the struggle to get away and out of it) hence the rape angle, unless there is more to the story beyond that.

Nothing is far fetched for Kangana stans. Lawyers know how to make fake complaints under lot of sections in India. These matter nothing in a consensual relation that took place over a decade back.

U do realize that Rape is a serious allegation and u dont invite Rapists for premiere of your new boyfriend nor strut around with the man publicly for 4 years? Or file complaint just after u get summons from Court in a defamation case by the guy?

Her "struggle" is all about bedding a married man for roles as she wud never hv cleared a single audition with a face, two left feet n lisp as hers.
