The meme is related to the general elections. Exit polls have given a clear majority to the Narendra Modi led NDA. The meme tries to convey that the actual outcome could be different on 23rd May. That's just impossible though.

Well...he might not have imagined that the reaction would be so disagreeable that it would end up as a fodder to frustrated congress sycophants. Even minor happenings trigger big outrages in the political scenario.
