Nana Patekar is an actor - a very good one

I believe Tanushree over Nana for several reasons.

1. She talked about this incident 10 years ago. And she's talking about it 10 years later. Her account has not changed.

2. She left BW, shaved her head and went in search of spiritual awakening. What kind of a glamorous,ex-miss India freshly pursuing a commercial BW actress route would do this unless she was completely traumatized by the harassment?

3. There are actual video footage to corroborate her account. Other eye witness have spoken up in support of her, that reporter Janice is one.

4. Let's say Nana is easy pickings. But what about Raj Thackeray and his gunda gang?! Why would Tanushree risk her own life and go against the big bullies that pretty much have been ruling over Maharashtra for eons?

5. Lastly, in her Arnab interview, she expressed her disgust openly at all the established A listers like Salman, Aamir, Bachchan Sr. evading questions on this. She's not afraid of any of them because she is sincere in her claims. She even spoke up about a High court judge being in cahoots with Nana and subtly threatening her to drop the case 10 years ago.

She has nothing to gain from this. Why would she lie?! If she wanted publicity and get back to films, wouldn't she come back losing all that weight, all glamorous and pick a much bigger target? An A lister, more popular actor, perhaps? Instead, she looks like an average woman who seems to have no desire to get back to BW at all. So people who think she's doing this to get her popularity back need to use their own logic about what a commercial BW heroine looks like. Tanushree does not fit that mold, at all, not anymore.

Not only has she not provided any evidence, but her accusations have been completely demolished, and not a single person has come forward to corroborate her stories. Mere accusations are not proof.

Also - in most "harassment" cases THERE ISNT proof, especailly sexual harassment/assault That doesnt mean that it didnt happen. Just like what happend with Dr. Ford and Kavanaugh. There was no proof...but everyone knows it happened.
