no, i am giving him benefit of doubt, since he was on the set, present in front of 100's of people... also as her description has changed, so yea, he deserves benefit of doubt until proven guilty

Many people on the sets have given the same recount of events that Tanushree did, what more proof would you like? What would Tanushree get by defaming nana? Some people need to use common sense I suppose.

I am appalled that you are actually defending this guy.

There have been women atleast one who has corroborated the incident. He got away the last time by intimidation.

Her doing initmate songs with Emraan was her CHOICE. NOBODY gets to decide when a woman feels abused and when not. It is but her choice. Vilifying the abused is what gives these predator the power.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for the me too movement. But we need to also keep in mind that BOTH sides need to be heard. To automatically take sides because one is the accuser and a woman is also flawed.

2) Zaira Wasim going live and accusing a man sitting behind her of harassment also turned out to be a misunderstanding.

And thousands that go unreported because it's a mans word vs a womans word. As is evident throughout the forum, a man is always given the benefit of doubt because 'its never happened before' or he 'doesn't seem that way'. Well yea, perpetrators don't exactly go around with a sign that declares them as such.

I hear nothing that tells me I should believe Nana over Tanushree. I'm willing to give Tanushree the benefit of doubt because it takes courage to speak up in an industry that's male dominated.

And please, don't judge every incident based on 'this is what happened in the past'. This is the exact reason why women hesitate to come fwd.

Hats off to Tanushree for coming out again and being outspoken about it like she was 10 years ago.

That lady was harassed by this man using his Political clout just bcoz she dared to object to his advances.

People can harass you even in public places. How many of us have been touched inappropriately in a public bus or railway station???

Nana could have easily touched her and taking re-takes of it and used that opportunity to touch.

Some people do not understand it in the first place. If you are uncomfortable with someones touch but are being pressured into continuing with it , it is harassment.

NO means NO ...period.
