While I(most of us) don't know what really know the case, I don't think we should assume Nana is guilty because Tanu said so.
I am not saying Tanu is doing this for fame or it is Sallu's chal😆 or Nana is innocent, but I think blindly believing anyone is not correct.
The only thing i remember from the old incidence is that tanushree had some problems with touching/being touched by nana on the set during shooting...

Recently there was a huge fracas on the sets of the film Horn Ok Pleasss with actress Tanushree Dutta refusing to shoot for an item number due to various reasons. Now the producer and director of the film have replaced Tanushree with popular item girl Rakhi Sawant for the item song in the film.
Item girl Rakhi Sawant has replaced actress Tanushree Dutta for an item song in the film Horn Ok Pleasss. There seems to be different stories circulating as to the real reason that Tanushree Dutta refused to continue shooting the item song. Tanushree first supposedly didn't want to do rehearsals for the song and wanted to go ahead with the final shots. Later the actress claimed that she was uncomfortable with all the junior artists getting too close to her. Tanushree has also made accusations against veteran actor Nana Patekar trying to get too close to her and trying to teach her the dance steps. The actress was apparently also not comfortable with her outfit and the bold dance steps in the item song. Tanushree claims that she asked dance choreographer Ganesh Acharya to change the steps as she was uncomfortable with them, but he refused. That's when she supposedly locked herself in her vanity van for around two hours and refused to shoot any further.
However the dance choreographer, director and producer all have a different story to tell. They claim that Tanushree was extremely unprofessional and kept making baseless allegations at everyone including senior actor Nana Patekar. Finally after Tanushree decided not to continue shooting for the item song, the director and producer decided to replace her with Rakhi Sawant. Rakhi was more than happy to do the item song and step into Tanushree's shoes. However the fracas went further, when outside the studio, Tanushree' s car was blocked by media personnel. The media had surrounded the car and this apparently angered her bodyguard who roughed up some of the media people. This led to the media people getting violent and in turn they damaged Tanushree's car to a grave extent. Tanushree has now filed an FIR with the police and she has also made a complaint against the producers with Cine and Television Artists Association demanding compensation for damage to property and her reputation.
Apparently the producers in turn are also claiming that they will sue Tanushree for the losses they incurred due to her unprofessional behaviour. Sources claim that the political party MNS which Nana Patekar supports also got involved in the fracas later. Apparently the Cine Artists Association claims that even Rakhi Sawant can get into problems as she did not bother acquiring an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from Tanushree before she agreed to do the item number.

I was a cub reporter in 2008, assigned by AajTak and Headlines Today to cover the BTS of a song being shot for this film. When I arrived, I was told shooting had been stalled because the actress, #TanushreeDutta was "being difficult". #NanaPatekar
I could see Tanushree on set, visibly upset about something. #NanaPatekar, choreographer Ganesh Acharya and a man (who I later found was the producer) were having a conversation, while 50-odd dancers sat waiting. The official version was that the "heroine was not cooperating.
A while later, shooting resumed. Tanushree resumed work, and a couple shots later, #NanaPatekar joined her. Not long after that, Tanushree walked off set. Shooting halted again. She locked herself in her vanity van, refusing to come out.
Out of nowhere, goons turned up and began banging against the vanity van door. I was told the producers had called them to set. Cops arrived. Amidst this chaos, I got hold of #NanaPatekar. All he said was, "Meri beti jaisi hai, which didn't really make any sense at that point.
Eventually, Tanushree's parents arrived to pick her up. Her car was attacked, the windshield broken. I tried to get in touch with Tanushree to get her version of events. Around midnight, she asked me to come to her place. In tears, she narrated what really happened. #NanaPatekar
Tanushree told me that after three days of rehearsals, Ganesh Acharya changed every step on the day of shoot. #NanaPatekar was never meant to be part of the choreography, but coerced the producers into getting him to shake a leg with Dutta.
Later, she said, a lewd dance step was introduced on the insistence of #NanaPatekar, so he could touch her inappropriately. That's where alarm bells rang, and Tanushree decided to walk off set. What she didn't expect was the aggression shown by the producers after.

For anyone who's either going to be ignoring or downplaying Dutta's account as a desperate call for attention and question why she didn't speak out earlier - she did. Interviews by Dutta were followed by a press conference by #NanaPatekar where she was branded "unprofessional.

Things aren't the same anymore (even though, they aren't exactly different either). The #MeToo
movement has encouraged women to come out and speak about sexual misconduct in the West. If it's, in turn, inspiring women in India to speak out, we need to find a way to encourage it.
We all know there are hundreds and thousands of women who are too afraid to speak out against sexual assault and misconduct, lest they be called "unprofessional". They will only speak up if we appreciate - even laud - the courage of #TanushreeDutta, and not look the other way.
