She's no more too. We lost her to cancer.

I didn't know that she was Suchitra Krishnamurti's sister.

May her soul RIP.

I love this click. ❤️ Perhaps they can start EV2 with Yash Chopra taking over the directorial reins. ⭐️

Watching English Vinglish won't be the same again with Shashi (Sridevi) , her sister (Sujata Kumar) and her mother in law (Sulbha Deshpande) having passed away in the recent years. All three of them were such fine actresses. Very saddening.
May her soul rest in peace.

really sad

and EV2 whether here or whereever should only be touched and directed by gauri shinde..

as much as i respect yashji..he was a mediocre director who mostly made OTT movies..EV was so simple..and real..something which only Gauri can make..amazing movie..

it should never be touched again and there should never be a part 2 unless gauri directs and sri acts which is not possible now..alas

May she rest in peace. She led a very courageous life too. Just saw her TED talk on youtube.

that's really sad..she had gone through it and came back out of it successfully but it struck back :( :( that's life for u...
I haven't seen EV but I have seen her performing some really strong roles. IF anyone seen Bombay Talking on Zee Cafe, she was absolutely brilliant in that..she had a commanding presence.

again she came back with a powerful mother in Left Right Left but later i guess because of her health issues she was replaced by another actress who was really weepy n boring...

RIP :(

You're seriously missing out watching a gem of a movie. Do yourself a favor and watch it ASAP.

OT, RIP Sujata. Loved her work in the film.
