This is shocking and heartbreaking!

Stage 4 means there is hardly any chance of cure. I hope i am wrong and God bless her!

People have been cured of last stage. They were sent back home saying no hope but fought on using alternative methods along with traditional methods and beat the disease.

I surely hope it is the case with her.

High grade cancer is the one which aggressive i.e. spreads fast in the body.

Metastasis is when the cancer has spread to different site other than its origin. Since Sonali has mentioned that her cancer has metastised, so it can ve called Stage 4 cancer.
