i agree with this actually, its the same when we guys cheat on our partners sleeping with other girls, they don't realize we're doing it for a reason because we love them and cheating is our way of showing love to our girls. Simple. Last time iam not justifying anything as i was not there at the incident what happened between them ! I gave the examples because beating/scolding everytime is not equal to evilism..sometimes we beat for the good cause just like how parents treat kids while making to listen them !

Its not normal and that person is sick and an ABUSER and the VICTIM must get away! Domestic violence is not a laughing matter. Abusers do not resort to violence out of 'helplessness' or 'love', its because like you they don't see their partners as fully functioning adults and more like possessions that need to be controlled. Because of toxic mindsets such as yours so many women think such abusive behaviour in relationships are normal and suffer because of that. Maybe try educate yourself on domestic violence before making such statements.
