My maasi married a Hindu and the kids identity themselves as Hindu. She wears bindi, sindoor, does karwa chauth and has changed her name.
Each and every religion has conversion story some do it indirectly while in Islam its out and open that a Muslim must marry a Muslim.
Lets not make it seem like Islam and only Islam has convert stories.

Muslim woman have graduated, have worked in entertainment industries, have worn bikini, have married non-Muslims and are still living in the society with their head high.
Islam may not allow certain things and there are rules and regulations but people who don't want to follow those rules are as liberal as anyone else out there.

I don't know why people are bothered anyway. It's not like a useless Hindu like her would have added anything to that religion or culture anyway. She will be the same everywhere. Let whoever wants to go just go.

If you care about the religion, concentrate on improving it, granting women more rights, make it more inclusive, stop keeping women out of temples or considering ones who have periods to be dirty, etc. There are so many things that need to be done to improve life for the ones who want to stay Hindus. Forget the ones that leave - who cares.

The ones that convert would not have had any backbone even if they stayed Hindus. The children would grow up Islamic anyway so what difference does it make if the woman pretends to stay Hindu? Look at our ridiculously named Taimur Ali Khan. 😆

I agree about making women's position in Hinduism better but are you saying other religions including Islam offer more rights and less oppressive? That might have been the case long time ago but nowadays?

Some Christian women convert to Islam for marriage, does that mean Christianity is more oppressive to women than Islam?

Hindu women can wear what they want to, study how much ever they want to, there is a sense of equality. We don't have practices like burkha or hijab, we are allowed to do a lot of things muslim women can only dream

So illed informed i can only laugh

there is nothing called conversion in hinduism. Any person from any religion can practicw their own religion while being married to a hindu. It's not like islam or Christianity where they don't allow the woman to practice her religion when she is converted into either of those 2 religions. We don't really mind a christian adorning a bindi sindhoor or a muslim doing the same. We dont even impose our religion on the women who enter our families as bahu. So yeah all religions might have concept of conversion but for hindus there's nothing like that

If you need to convert then its stupid. Islam and Judaism is so similar. They make either party to join their cults. Shame on these religions.

There is no such thing in Hinduism yet after marriage a daughter in law is usually expected to follow the tradition of the family. Your family might not impose such restrictions but it does happen in some other families. My aunts family for example because she was asked to change her name. But Islam does say that one must marry a Muslim so its not hidden. There is no force or no luring because its out there for people to know. Dipika or any non-Muslim person is very well aware about this things.

That family are Chriistains pretending to be Hindus (it might be common knowledge now, don't follow Indian politics nowadays)

And Sanju baba considers himself Muslim pretending to be Hindu

Otherwise why would any guy from this religion not convert into any other religion?!

Still living in 14th century.

Brainwashing at its best. I expect people to be smarter than this.

Any person who asks you to change yourself was never in love with you in the first place.

why blaming religion if its her choice to covert or if islam is highest growing religion,, its all on people choice they are willing to convert to islam not that islam is trying to convert them lol ..
