Because she's very average looker and very bland.Lacks X-factor big time IMO.

She has the same issue Dia Mirza had..pretty but bland. Neha does not have that spark to be a Bollywood heroine. She doesn't ooze any personality or interest. You either have it or you don't unfortunately. 😕
