That was really in bad taste.

^^Yeah blue...I'm not in favor of this arrest too. This is just stupid. But people argue that Kamlesh Tiwari, who is rotting in prison for making some derogatory comments about Prophet Mohammed, should not have met that fate either. If he did, so should Vishal they argue. IMO, both absurd as hell.

This is news to me. How can one directly go to supreme court without sessions court, and then high court and decisions and appeals have been exhausted?

Am not in favor of the arrest too. But looks like there are laws in the IPC where they could arrest someone for hurting religious sentiments. Am hoping that since he's apologized, they would let it pass. Let's see.
