Its not drugs but alcohol. Alcoholic mostly has this kinda of body. I'm not talking about certain alcoholic which we meet on street. I'm talking about those who drink angrezi & eat a lot during every shot. Saying this from personal experience 😆

But there is one drug, I can't seem to remember the name now actually can put up a lot of weight.
