Madhur bhandarkar vs Prakash jha?

Both make issue based movies but I like Prakash jha more

Prakash Jha is better then Madhur. He made some good movies Apharan, Rajneeti and Gaangajal movies.
Madhur only has one good movie to his credit i.e. Fashion.

I find Jha better. I think his bad films are also somewhat tolerable.

Madhur Bhandarkar on the other is overrated as hell. 🤢 People can hate on me for saying this but I find even his most acclaimed works like fashion and page 3 mediocre and gimmicky..His films, however are great for playing "spot the cliched character" 😆 because there will always be that ott gay designer, a b*tchy socialite, a tharki businessman, a failed actress/model/calender girl so on and so forth.

I am not a fan of Jha's work either. But his films have never made me cringe the way Madhur's film did.
