Producer-Director Ravi Chopra passed away today at Breach Candy Hospital at 3.30 pm. The director was hospitalized on Thursday as he was suffering from a neurodegenerative disease. His family was by his side during his last moments. Ravi Chopra's last directorial hit was the Amitabh Bachchan-Hema Malini starrer Baghban.

RIP Ravi Sir... I can never forget Mahabharat my whole life. What a vision and what an epic series. Nothing comes anywhere near to how much i learn about life from your Mahabharat
