I am completely in a repeat song mode on Zaroorat from Ek Villain cause somehow each time I hear it I start liking it more than I did previously. It's probably a Mustafa Zahid thing , because I remember I had the same problem with Tere bina , hum jee lenge from Murder2\3 or I dont know 4 or something πŸ˜›. The minute the instruments and Zahids voice's amped up a notch or two from the lines " Tanhaai kyaa ashk mitaaye yahaan..." and goes straight into the chorus , suddenly the song from its mundane monotone "yeh mere dil kaa jaana..." bursts into its firework moment and suddenly your heart does a jump and you start loving the song , and start repeating it cause the more you repeat it , the more you start liking it. And somehow , I had the same problem with Zaroorat. Starts with the monotone " yeh dil tanhaa kyun raahe..." and then suddenly the guitar and Zahid's voice intensifies in its star moment from "Mein adhoora jee raha hoon.." and you have the exact same response with your heart making a sudden jump especially when the music follows it out with that beautiful Arabic sort of tune carrying the chorus out , and then you hear it again because you know you're going to like it even more the more you hear it. πŸ˜† I think it's like one of the main side effects or features of Zahid's music. I don't know. But I'm falling more and more in love with Zaroorat , especially the lyrics , like the part where Zahid says " mein khud par hi ek sazza hoon" or the part that reminds you of Rockstar when Zahid sings " karde mujhe yaahan khud se rihaa" , since a song of Rockstar's had similar lyrics.. . Oh well , I guess it is just the woes and side effects of his songs. Anyone on the same boat? πŸ˜†

Girl you and me have the same problem. πŸ˜†
I've been a huge fan of zahid since tera mera rishta/toh phir aao. His hum jee lenge, tere bina, Maine khud ko, bhula dena and like every other song of his, I've loved. Its that pain in his voice, it conveys love and pain so well. He has an addictive voice. 😳
If I wasn't at uni right now I would write a whole essay on how amazing his voice and singing style is. πŸ˜† Will do when I get home coz I need to get this out of my system, especially now since i know someone else is just as addicted to zahid as I am. πŸ˜†

omg tera mera rishta and toh phir aao , that used to be on freakin repeat everyday for me for god knows how many years , meri mom pak jaati thi yeh dono gaana mujhse sun sun ke. πŸ˜† Uff I cannot believe this someone feels exactly the same thank god hahaha. Tera Mera rishta still strikes a chord inside every single time. God. I know every song of his is just OMG.He first starts as mellow , understated , in monotones and then suddenly the guy starts singing louder with more intensity to highlight the core of the song and suddenly the music becomes amazing and in full blast , I love how he does that in every song. It's like you need to wait for a firework while its on its way flying to the sky in the beginning . And the lyrics of his every song are so painful and heart breaking , it's like it pulls you in because of it and you go on repeat mode for god knows how much of time. Tera mera rishta for me was on repeat for 4 years. Please write a whole essay I would personally love it cause Im equally crazy about him and his song patterns. For me even if Zaroorat is for 6-7 minutes , it is not enough for me, I just want to hear more and more. πŸ˜†
