Tell you what, i have a solution for this problem. I cant tell men to go f**k themselves (coz of some rules of India Forums) so i'll use a more legit word i.e. masturbation. Whenever you see a girl wearing sexy clothes please dont molest or rape her, just get yourself a secluded corner & get on with it.

Saudi Arabia today applies the death penalty for the punishment of rape and other cases as well. The following quote was taken from an article from CNN.COM regarding the punishment of a rapist. He was punished to death:
