So? What's the big deal here? I dont think it's a crime to not know him, I dont believe she has done anything to apologize for.heck she didnt need this damage control. And his fans should come the heck down. You worship him good for you, just don'texpect other to do the same.

This reminds me of the Samantha incident...she said something abt mahesh's poster being regressive and his fans gave her rape and murder threats on twitter...mahesh babu had to publicly give out a statement to sort the mess out...

This one ain't in the same degree but I guess she clarified to sort out the hate...

And she never even said who the hell is surya...she said she didn't know him...there was no reason for his fans to react in Such a caustic manner abt some actress they dunt even care abt not knowing their fav hero...

I dunt make hate pages abt sonam coz she forgot my fav THE mahesh babus name and referred to him as namrata's husband in some interview...

Nah, that was just a one off incident. Not every south Indian fan is so aggressive. They're pretty much just like the Salman SRK fans. And she should have known of the repercussions before making a statement like that.

People just made a huge deal out of nothing.

I dont think her comments were mean at all, definitely didn't deserve the backlash and the hatred Surya fans were showing. 👎🏼

Did Suriya say anything?

Suriya is beyond all the silly games. He is one of the most grounded and decent people around.

And while googling him you might also want to find out a bit more about his humanitarian efforts to know the kind of person he really is and you would know that he is beyond all this.

Its just sad how just not Bollywood but also general audience who look down on actors from other parts of India. And yes Suriya may not be a star he is an actor and a humanitarian.
