so if SRK does a fairness cream ad all Indians become racist... how many Indians she has met in life. ??

Once a neighbour of mine complained that his daughter is born dark and now he has to save few more lakhs for dowry, there you go, everything is installed deep in ppl's mind set and society ! SRK advertising a fairness cream or not doesnt matter, ppl will not change their mindset! Just coz some star advertised something doesn't mean ppl actually follow it, ppl follow their needs and demands , in this case being fair is a demand coz the average society demands it !

SRK's ad also portrayed something like whole world was asleep when he worked hard to reach stardom, so there he goes, it's looks plus hard work 😆

I don't think success is dependent on skin colour, skin tone is more to do with acceptance by ppl here... Having undergone the process of arranged marriage, I know for sure majority guys want a slim and fair bride, however the guy maybe 🤢

There's a horrible show on Indian TV where a girl is rebuked by her future mother in law over and over for her skin colour and her parents made to pay hefty dowry for the same reason 🤢

And yeah, ppl in this very forum trash Deepika for her skin tone 😆

The word here is discriminatory. I hope her campaign can bring out some little change... it's a very deep rooted issue, even rampant amongst the educated. One of my friends is fair and obsessed with using makeup products to make her look white. * massive eye roll*

Yep comments like this traumatised my poor SRK😔 No wonder he is promoting these fairness creams!! He must be thinking *Idiots take that, what do you have to say now?* & laughing his way to the bank😉
