How can you get six pack in a 2mnts time , it's hard workout in gym even so it will take atleast 6mnts with 6hrs of training.

You can get 6 packs in 2 months. Tobey MCGuire did it for Spiderman, but it's a super strict diet regime. Usually the people on such strict exercise schedules are given specific meal plans and are told to drink more fluids/juices.
