The success of Aashiqui 2 has not only catapulted the lead couple of Aditya Roy Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor to stardom but also raised the bar for director Mohit Suri.
Mohit Suri was to direct a movie for Ekta Kapoor's production house. The film titled The Villain was to star Siddharth Malhotra as the male lead. However, Ekta is now considering her cousin Abhishek 'Gattu' Kapoor for the new venture. So what made Ekta change her mind? zoOm found out that post the success of his recent movie, this ace director from the Bhatt camp has hiked his fee.
