And how about Homi for saifs coctail. Did he even think of taking kareena. No, his first choice deepika. How about imtiaz for Love aaj kal, no matter how much kareena whinned , nope. deepika is the choice.
Why does Parkash J has to get Kar instead of bebo? Maybe because he didn't want bebo to kiss her cousin.. did you forget Ranbir was in the film? Or maybe he wanted Katrina because she guarantees hit. I have no problem admitting bebo doesn't have a strong boxoffice pull like Kat because kareena has talent and am proud of her amazing acting skills.
Tell me how come Prakash Jha never came to kareena with Rajneeti or Aarakshan-saif was there, he could have taken her. DId kareena reject these ones and then only went to kat and deepu. I know, these roles are nothing to write home about, but were ra1 and bodyguards. And how about Prakash opting for kareena instead of ranbir. If she is that good, drop ranbir, take someone else, just to have kareena. Oh i see, now ranbir comes first .right.
And heres why and how kareena ended up in Satyagratha. Prakash knew kareena has been thrown from ram leela. Easy target. She knews he gave kat a hit rajneeti, and she, hungry and desparate, signed the movie. we all know she had to come up with those 3 BIG PROJECTS ASAP. say...chalo karr lethe hain..no harm. btw..i know she will be good, and maybe ram leela will bomb like all bhansali movies..but just a debate. ..and oh...prakash was even impressed with kat...there you go.
And for SBAG-- he said the actress in the film did it for free.. and we know bebo is expensive. That was his reasoning for not picking bebo. But who really cares.. I don't want to put down the Mahi G because she seems like a good actress. But that shows a lot about bebo's talent that directors come out and say they rather have her in their film.
Maybe thats why she is in dumps today. Hardly any worthy assignments. But don't worry, i have seen ash, rani, priety and others claiming to be expensive..sooner or later its going to come down. My gut feeling says, she is doing bhaiya kjos movies FREE. Manipulate karr loh ya hoh jao. I am gonna see how many directors come, pay her price and have her instead of vidya, pc, deepika, and others...say less expensive ones. wait a min...don't we already see it.
