Anyways, like Kal-El said, there are ways to have a song with Lataji in it ...if they really wanted it in there. They could still record one and release it as a promotional video, if they want that is.
I'm scared Aditya has interfered too much w/ this movie..

@bold: I dont like him.he dont make good movies..😆

i don't agree with most of all here...when does the word 'suitable' has been implied in music...i think its beyond the limits and boundaries..

Lata ji is a legendary singer...i know the new generation doesn't care..but who cares ?? noone can take the aura and the vivacious legendary voice from her...she still is, was and always be a legend..a shame is considered here as a person like Big B (which i don't think is much talented as an actor) is respected hugely and Lataji considered outdated...

well coming onto topic...a promotional video or song could be added to have lataji's voice and it could be synchronized with the film perfectly in Veer zaara where preity wasn't shown in the beginning and Lataji's alaap in the song 'kyun hawa' made it extremely beautiful. I wish the era of private albums come back again where we can get rid of the cheapest bollywood songs generation ever...where every song sounds talking abt a private part ugghhh🤢

Since when do we care about voice suiting the actor? If thats the case half of the songs these days doesn't work. How does Rahet Fateh Ali Khan's voice suit Salman in Bodyguard??Akshay Khanna lip syncing to Atif Aslam's voice in Pehli Nazar mein is so comical. DPad and Diana penty gyrating to second hand jawani - does the voice suit them?? LOL..

LMAO Lataji killed the movie Mujhse Dosti Karoge ? 😆 what was good abt that film anyways? actors were bad, script was bad, direction was bad...it was one big lame movie...they should thank her that the soundtrack of the film did well...especially 'jaane dil mein' became a chart buster.

No one is denying that Lata ji is a great singer. Lata ji is a living legend. But She is in her 80s now. Aging is clearly shown in her voice. Her voice is strained /shaking and breahing problem. Its not unfair to think that she may not be able to do justice to song. Does not mean she is not given respect.
