Dharamendra is all praise for Sunny and says, "Sunny is the handsomest Sardar in the film industry," he says proudly, adding that he played the Sardar to the fullest in every Sardar role he was given.
Speaking about the latest film, he says, "The movie has a bit of action, comedy and masala, so we hope that the audience relates to it."
At this age, Dharmendra is extremely fit and we asked him the secret behind it. "I feel like I'm a boy, who has been given 50 years in the industry. I love the camera and being part of a film. I'd love to continue doing a film every year," he concludes.
Dharmendra shares his passion saying, " When I started my career, I fell in love with it. I still love the whole shooting atmosphere, coming to the sets, chatting with co-stars. When we started shooting for Yamla Pagla Deewana I almost had a flashback to my acting days. Apne was the last film when Deol family came together. That was an emotional film but YPD is a comedy and I am sure people will enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed shooting for it."
This film begins in Canada, travels to Banaras and then settles in Punjab. Dharmendra and Bobby Deol play a father-son duo, who are the biggest conmen in Banaras.
This is where the next son come's in. Sunny Deol plays the NRI and the lost brother. Love will unfold in Punjab.
