first of all he has no right to question them, she lives with them, never complained about them so he should not just assume things, plus can he not see zoon’s love for family. I am making this point because he is going on face value.

I think the point that they were trying to prove for bail was why the kid was with them and why she hasnt adopted.
Why the kid was with them - bcz the kid was attached to Indu and was not ready to leave her.
Why she has not adopted - bcz she doesnt care for the kid so much.
If she said she treated her like daughter then again the question would come why she didnt adopt bcz keeping kid without adopting is a crime as per them
