just my pov, mahesh was not physically assaulting mansi or anything that he needed to lose his cool and start hitting him. The act was not defensive, atleast for me.’ He couldve advised mansi as he did later on through a few dialogues. The hitting act was unnecessary.
Ritesh has always had a rationale behind his violent streak.
sameer hitting incident was because he felt that the malhotra family legacy/name will be tarnished by sameer agreeing to do the gutka ad. He specifically mentioned malhotra’s have a reputation to protect.
Politician- those goons pushed kaamna and ritesh mentioned that if anyone even touches the women of his family, he will not spare anyone.
Even pankaj-kaamna was a protective thing- zoon incident and the feeling that he could have lost his mom forever.
Misbehaving with indu- it angers him that she is fake and putting on a sweet act to get things done from him and it irritates him.
irrespective of the reason, the fact is, he does have an inherent violent streak in him and it rears its head whenever ritesh gets triggered.
