So what is the chance that the accidents are connected, the one that made Ri's mom paralyzed and made Zo take crutches. Too many accidents in the show, if you ask me, counting the killed Indu's bro too. May be that is why Indu became RTO?

I dont think the accidents are connected because when Ritesh mom is introduced, its said that rahul takes a picture of every hoarding of ritesh movie and shows it to ritesh’s mom.
And 5 years back there was a scene where ritesh and rahul are taking a picture of his movie hoarding bohot pyar karte hain. and zoon’s accident supposedly happened only 2 years back. So the timelines dont match

I am not sure about not the mom's accident but the zoon and brother's death could be connected.
Written update- 18 july
The episode starts with zoon asking one of the event guys when ritesh will come and he says that in another 5-10 mins. Indu and anjali come to zoon. Zoon gets shocked to see her mother and tries to change the topic when indu gets extremely angry. Indu asks her how did she come to the mall from school and she says some parent dropped her here. Indu says lets leave when zoon pleads her to stay till she meets ritesh. Anjali and the event guy then support zoon and indu obliges to stay. Indu wants to give her tablet but there is no water in the bottle. She then orders zoon to not move from there till she gets water. Whilst she gets water, ritesh arrives and all the event guys leave from the place leaving zoon alone. Zoon sees that the guys have forgotten the pooja thal and zoon resolves to apply teeka to ritesh cutout.
In the midst of the crowd, ritesh sees indu as his ms.earring and dreams about being alone with her and shakes hand only to realise that he is shaking rahuls hand in reality.
With ritesh arrival, the crowd goes into frenzy mood and indu starts to hurry when she sees zoon at the top floor.
Zoon tries to apply teeka. When she is unable to reach , she looks around and spots a stool. She then stands on the stool and leans to apply teeka when she falls. Indu gets shocked and runs forward when she gets pushed by the crowd and falls and hurts herself. She is unable to get up with the crowd unknowingly pushing her.
Meanwhile, ritesh saves her. Ritesh and zoon have a moment. Ritesh asks what she was doing on top when she says that she was applying teeka. Ritesh is touched by the gesture but tells her that its risky and she should not be attempting such things. But zoon tells that he saved her and thats all it matters. Ritesh wonders if they have already met each other when zoon cheesily answers that he comes every night in her dreams. Zoon then goes onto ask him if he would find her her papa.
The event guy arrives and takes zoon away saying he will hand over the kid to her mom.
Indu finally gets up and is shocked but a lady there says that ritesh saved her. She spots zoon with the event guy but she is again pushed when she says that the kid is hers and they then allow.
Indu hugs zoon and scolds and reprimands her for her act. She says she wants selfie with ritesh. And indu gets extremely furious and takes her home. Everyone is putting maala on ritesh.. when zoon waves at him, he throws the maala at her but it falls on indu.
Ritesh is angry with the mother of zoon and starts off his irresponsible parent rant when rahul says that why are u pissed off as if she is your wife to which he answers that its better off being single than to be married to such an irresponsible woman. Rahul then tries to change ritesh angy bird mood by talking about the party and says that kaamna di is handling all the arrangements. Ritesh is fondly talking about kaamna di who is actually his chachu’s second wife but is more like a sister to him. He tells that she is the one who has held the family from falling apart.
Kaamna is then introduced where she is overseeing the menu for the party. She spots a vase filled with lily. She asks who put it there and when the decorator comes in front , she gets violent by breaking the vase. Her language is a bit crass whenshe is talking to the decorator and the episode stops by showing her face.
