HOW MUCH TIME???

HI, FRIENDS IM CURRENTLY RESIDING IN US .. HENCE CANT WATCH THE BIGGEST LOOSER SO I WANTED TO ASK.. In how many days did the winner and natasha loose the wt... how many months and can i get to know from somewer as to wat they ate and how much they exercised.. pls any help would be appreciated.. thanx
